Departure

Inquiry

Taking off.

We have done a departure plan and now are ready to take of on our Inquiry, We are the World.  We thought of some good fat questions to inquire about.

Hand art

We did some hand art.  We traced our hands and then wrote on each finger what we were good at.

We are the World Art

We are the World and we have been doing some art from around the world. 

We did some Mola art.  This is art that is done in South America.  It is done with cloth and needles and thread. We did it with paper. It is bright.

We also did some Fiesta mats.  This is art that is done on cloth by people in Mexico.  We made mats, which was complicated and then put patterns on it.  We used paper.
